Can't save video

I've just tried testing on videoecho123 and it only appeared to capture my end of the video (really poor quality on playback)- actually the other end of the video - a white rat or something - disappeared almost as soon as the test voice started. At the end the only option in Tapur was to save audio. The save video option was greyed out.

Also noticed that automatic voice recording did not start when I made a normal skype to skype call earlier, and I was unable to access Tapur from either the task bar or the desktop icon to start recording manually. I had to close it from windows task manager and re-open it again.

Can someone help with these two problems?

I'm sorry the quality of videoecho123 isn't high.
When "save movie file" button isgreyed out, it mean recorded movie file doesn't exist. You recorded voice only.

I guess the confirmation message hide on the back of other application. Plz try again without other app.
