At first please confirm whether a video call by Skype is performed normally. When a video call function of Skype does not have a problem, please try the following setting. +Try to push recording button after change video screen of Skype to "Video in window" from "Video on Call Tab". + Change setting of the hardware accelerator of Windows in Control panel Display settings. The accelerator slider is located by going into the Windows Control Panel, opening DISPLAY, clicking the SETTINGS tab, clicking ADVANCED, then clicking the "Troubleshoot" tab. You'll see the slider there. + Change setting of compression type of recording video Ttry Non-compression or Cinepak, MJPEG, ....
