You can change the display for [Inbox] and [Setting to Answer] by selecting a tab of the lower left.

Tapur offers [Initial setting of answering service], but you can set your own answering voice or sound according to senders. Right-click [Setup to Answer] and [New setting of answering service].





In [New setting of answering service], there is the same voice as [Initial setting of answering service]. Select [Voice] or [Chat], and you can download voice file or enter message by chat according to senders.




[Setting of answering message]
You can input a message to use for an answering machine function. Choose "Voice",  "Chat", "Video", "Image". And input a new audio file, a chat message, a movie file, a image file. You can choose duplicate answers except "Video" and "Image".

*you had better to use near screen size of movie or image as possible to the video screen of Skype.



When you want to insert Beep sound after a answering message, check "Beep".



[What is recorded?]
If you want to record only incoming voices, choose "Voice".
If you want to record incoming movies, choose "Movie(Voice)". But only a voice is recorded when caller did not use Skype video.
If you want to record neither, choose "None(Disconnected)".




[Operation of answering setting]

You can [Change sender’s name], [Copy], [Paste] [Call sender] and [Delete setting of answering service] by selecting your own setting and right-clicking it.

 

 [Trash Box]
Deleted answering settings move to "Trash" box.
You can restore the data which you deleted by menu "Return it to where it was", because data are not yet deleted in a hard disk.
You can't restore the data which were deleted from "Trash" box so that it is completely deleted from a hard disk.
