Recording or Playback of your movie is not performed normally.

At first please confirm that Skype video works normally.
If the version of Tapur is less than Skype's one, Tapur doesn't support that version Skype yet.

When Skype video isn't a problem, please try a following setting.

+Try to push recording button after change video screen of Skype to "Video in window" from "Video on Call Tab".

+ Change setting of the hardware accelerator of Windows in Control panel Display settings.
The accelerator slider is located by going into the Windows Control Panel, opening DISPLAY, clicking the SETTINGS tab, clicking ADVANCED, then clicking the "Troubleshoot" tab. You'll see the slider there.

+ Change setting of compression type of recording video
Ttry Non-compression or other codecs. Or try to change FPS (frame per second).
